How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We are just two humans in love with natural wine and we could take some time to process your order, even if we’ll do our best trying to ship your order within 48 hours. Then the courier could take up to 2 working days for delivery or if we organize a local pick up with you, it will be also based on your availability.
Payment
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept credit card payments directly on our website. Otherwise, if you live near Zurich our website will offer you the “FREE local pick up” option, we can also accept TWINT, Cash on delivery or Bank transfer.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, to finalize an order we require to create an account. Please refers to our Privacy Policy to understand how we are going to use your data. But in general we store it just for allowing you to manage your orders and send you some newsletter. You can decide to cancel your account or unsubscribe from our newsletter whenever you want, autonomously.
How Do I Track My Order?
For the status of your order you will receive emails but you can always check it in our Order Tracking page. Once we ship it you will receive the shipment reference number as well.
