Alex Foillard signs a cuvée of great purity and elegance, characterized by aromas of red and black fruits, and with mentholated accents which give the whole a great freshness. The taste is very tasty and enriched by a perfectly balanced acidity. An excellent wine. 100% Gamay.

Where this wine come from?
Alex is a young winemaker but despite his young age, it has been for his whole life within vineyards and winemaking, starting of course helping his father Jean Foillard – another iconic producer from Beaujolais. But Alex had some own experience working for other producers in France and abroad and once finally back in the family domain he decided to launch his own wine labels. He wants to achieve an authentic expression of Beaujolais’ terroir with his wine and he definitively reached that goal already within the available vintages.
