WHAT DOES THIS WINE TELL US?
100% Merlot, 35 years old plot, above Les Vans, schistose soils. Half of the harvest was destemmed and a half was not, then direct pressing. Maceration of 18 days, then passage in barrels after pressing. Full body merlot with black fruits and balsamic tones. Long length, perfect with meat, wild meat, meat ragus etc.
