DESCRIPTION TO LOOK LIKE AN EXPERT:
Mainly Aglianico with some minor quantity of local grapes. Le Fole 2017, very warm year, 1-month maceration on chestnut oak, then 1-year refinement again in oak, finally 1 year in bottle before being out. Direct red wine, well structured but enough fresh to drink it easily. Most probably the more you leave it in your cellar the more it will get better. No added sulphites, as all wine from Cantina Giardino.
BEST MATCH: steak, wild meat, first-plate with meat ragù, mature cheese.
