Licorne from Zulu Vins is a Crémant de Limonux done with Gilles Azam the winemaker of Domain Le Hautes Terres. Blend of Chenin blanc + Chardonnay + Mauzac grapes. The bubble is fine and bright and the mouth is lively and floral. Ideal for all your occasions.
