WHAT DOES THIS WINE TELL US?
Smooth and fruity Pinot Noir done with a semi-carbonic maceration of 27 days in whole grains. Red fruit and some herbal notes, light body but medium bright acidity. Once opened it will be gone quickly, glass after glass.
