74% Cabernet Franc, 26% Merlot. Calalta Rivatonda shows at the nose vegetal notes balanced perfectly with hints of red fruits, carob and gunpowder. Full, fruity, with sweet and subtle tannins. Closing notes of licorice and graphite.
BEST MATCH: Red meat, roast, wild meat, grilled meat, mushrooms risotto.

Where this wine come from?
Calalta is a small farm located in the hills at the foot of Monte Grappa, between 150 and 200 meters above sea level. It is immersed in a park of 16 hectares where woods, olive trees, fruit trees and a small lake promote a wide biodiversity, creating a true natural oasis with a particularly favorable microclimate. Calalta work is respectful and delicate: “we take care of this reality to grow together with it with humility and patience, but also with a great desire to have fun.”
