Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through this website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your:
- Name
- Surname
- Shipping address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Payment method
You shall not:
- Provide any false personal information or create any account for anyone other than yourself without such person’s permission;
- Use a User Name that is the name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person;
- Use a User Name or account that is subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization;
- Use a User Name that is a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene or otherwise unlawful.
Payment methods and prices
We accept credit card payments (Visa, American Express, Mastercard) directly on our website. Otherwise, if you live near Zurich and our website will offer you the “free local pick up” option, we can also accept TWINT, Cash on delivery or Bank transfer.
We offer credit card payment through STRIPE which is a very secure payment system used worldwide, certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. Please see here for more information: https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe
Prices are expressed in Swiss francs (calculated with 7,7% VAT.) and are per unit.
Delivery
We ship nationally in Switzerland using DPD or POST.
A fee of 12chf is applied.
If you live near Zurich we can organise a free local pick up or a free delivery at your home.
Age restrictions
By placing an order with Indigeno, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol in the country where you live.
Complains
Please return undrinkable wine within 8 days after after the collection or the receipt of the goods. We will be happy to have your feedback about any defects or irregularities and we are open to check the wine and, if is the case, exchange the bottle or refund the money.

To return your product, you should mail it to: Sandstrasse 6, 8003, Zurich. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned bottle(s) of wine. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within some days.
